    Your brief work history:  

    I started my hospitality career from the age of 14, working my way up from a chef. From then, I decided to try front of house, loved it, and I have never looked back since. At 17 I got my 1st supervisory role whilst studying Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. I took time out of my studies to work in America for over a year which helped me develop my skills. I have managed in hotels, bars and restaurants and have meet some great people on my journey which makes me love what I do, and hope to meet you soon.

    How long have you been with us?

    May 2017 - the best decision yet! 

    What do you love most about your job?

    Having quality food and a great team gives me even more confidence to put smiles on faces! I get to meet some great people on this lovely journey! 

    What’s your favourite thing on our menu?

    A nice juicy Sirloin.

    How do you like your steak? 

    Medium.

    Your brief work history:

    I began working In the hospitality industry in Cape Town at a small pizzeria at the age of 16. I’ve since worked in a variety of cafes and restaurants in South Africa, Ireland, and the UK. I’m now gaining more experience each and every day with Steak Of the Art Southampton. 

    How long have you been with us? 

    I’ve been with steak of the art since September 2016 and I have loved every day of work since! 

    What do you love most about your job? 

    I love meeting new people! Every day I get the chance to meet different people and it makes my day when we see them return for another visit. 

    What is your favourite thing on our menu? 

    I would have to say our 400g Rump. It’s always juicy and succulent!

    How do you like your steak? 

    Medium rare to rare depending on the steak.
